How to request trial keys for Eyeglass Products

(NOTE: Select the product name when opening the case)

The link is in the top right corner.

Trial keys are downloaded with a transaction key and appliance ID. The transaction key will be posted to your open case.

How to retrieve product or trial license keys with a license token.

NOTE: Product license keys are emailed to the contact named on the Purchase order.

NOTE: You will need the appliance ID for Eyeglass or Search & Recover. See below for how to get the Appliance ID for each product

NOTE: You must be logged into a valid support account to be able to see the license key download dialog box.

1. The license request is near the bottom of the page after login.

2. The Appliance ID and Transaction Token must be entered without any leading or trailing spaces and all dashes as shown on license email. example EMC-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx

How to Retrieve the Superna Eyeglass® DR Edition appliance ID required to download license keys

The appliance ID is found in the About Eyeglass window near the bottom. This is needed to retrieve license keys for your appliance.

Click on the image to see where to find the appliance ID. Then click on the link to go to the Quick Start Installation document for steps to install and get keys.

How to upload license keys to the Superna Eyeglass® appliance

Upload from the Manage Licenses window. Verify license key loads after refresh of the screen.

1. Login to node 1 as ecaadmin user
2. run command ecactl version
3. copy the appliance ID to retrieve the license key
