Trial keys are downloaded with a transaction key and appliance ID. The transaction key will be posted to your open case.

NOTE: You must be logged into a valid support account to be able to see the license key download dialog box.1. The license request is near the bottom of the page after login. 2. The Appliance ID and Transaction Token must be entered without any leading or trailing spaces and all dashes as shown on license email. example EMC-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx

The appliance ID is found in the About Eyeglass window near the bottom. This is needed to retrieve license keys for your appliance.

Upload from the Manage Licenses window. Verify license key loads after refresh of the screen.

1. Login to node 1 as ecaadmin user 2. run command ecactl version3. copy the appliance ID to retrieve the license key
